Jeremiah Faber
Founder
After many years of business management and staffing experience, Jeremiah started Samuel Staffing in 2008 and operated as CEO till 2022. He has built the company on the foundation of exceptional service to clients and a persevering commitment to building a team that reflects the company’s core values. Jeremiah feels very strongly that the success of Samuel Staffing is attributed to its exceptional team members and their commitment to go “over and above” for each client. In addition to his role as founder of Samuel Staffing, Jeremiah is also a key executive of several medical groups and clinical service providers. This broad experience in the medical field is what has allowed Jeremiah to understand the complexity of the medical business community and identify the needs of clients hiring in this field. In his spare time, Jeremiah likes to travel and spend time with his family.
Joe Romero
CEO
Joe has 7 years of experience in the Medical Staffing Industry, beginning as a Senior Sales Representative and growing into his role as the CEO. Joe also trained and supported the sales team as General Manager before becoming the CEO of Samuel. As the CEO Joe trains/supports the leadership team and is involved in strategic decisions to help Samuel innovate, plan and grow as a company. In his free time, Joe enjoys camping and barbequing with his family.
Brad Fournier
Recruitment Manager
Brad has over 5 years of experience as a Medical Recruiter with Samuel. In his current role as a Recruitment Manager he trains and supports the recruitment team and assists the General Manager with business management, growth planning, and strategy. In his free time he enjoys camping, spending time with his wife and three boys, and catching up on their favorite shows.
Kiefer Huff
Senior Account Manager
Kiefer has been with Samuel for the last 5 years, starting as an administrative assistant and moving into his current role as a Senior Account Manager. He enjoys the interaction of setting up contracts with new clients, maintaining current accounts, and monitoring and facilitating all work done within the company. Kiefer loves coming into the office every day to work with his clients and coworkers, knowing that his work really does make a difference. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hiking, running, fishing, and being in the outdoors.

Senior Recruiter
Chris has been a Senior Recruiter at Samuel for 2 1/2 years and absolutely loves working here. He is proud of the culture within Samuel and feels that it shows in the team’s performance and morale. Chris works very hard not just for his own benefit, but also to show his appreciation for the opportunity he’s been given. He is very excited for the future of Samuel.
Janna Hobley
Administrative Assistant
Janna joined Samuel in 2016 and serves as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to management, the sales team, and numerous recruitment specialists. She appreciates working for a company that listens to the voices of those in the trenches and encourages employees to be more confident about unique and “outside-the-box” ideas.In her spare time she enjoys doll collecting and sculpting.
Lizbeth Callaghan
Contract Fulfillment Manager
Lizbeth has been with Samuel for close to three years and currently serves as the Contract Fulfillment Manager. She enjoys the challenge of keeping the company’s accounts receivables current and ensuring that the invoices are paid in a timely manner. Lizbeth also balances keeping a professional yet friendly rapport with all of Samuel’s clients. She enjoys traveling, baseball, golf and challenging puzzles of all kinds.
Why the name Samuel Staffing?
The company is named after the father of Jeremiah Faber the founder. Samuel was a giant of a man who was personified serving others. The logo is the recreation of Samuel’s actual handwritten signature. The signature constantly reminds us of our heritage of service and a deeply held belief that people are important.
